Dyrektywa dotycząca ekspozycji zawodowej na pola elektromagnetyczne - 2004/40/WE

W maju 2004 r. opublikowano nową dyrektywę europejską dotyczącą minimalnych wymagań bezpieczeństwa w przypadku ekspozycji zawodowej na pola elektromagnetyczne - Directive 2004/40/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (electromagnetic fields) (18th individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16(1) of Directive 89/391/EEC). W artykule omówiono zasady oceny ekspozycji pracowników wynikające z wymagań dyrektywy i porównano z zasadami określonymi w polskich przepisach bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy odnoszących się do ekspozycji zawodowej na pola.

New European Directive was published in May 2004 – Directive 2004/40/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (electromagnetic fields) (18th individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16(1) of Directive 89/391/EEC). The main rules for workers exposure assessment established by the Directive and comparison with Polish OSH regulations relevant to EMF are presented in paper.
