W artykule przedstawiono model wyznaczania jakości IQ (ang. Information Quality) na podstawie modelowania współczynnika pewności hipotezy CF (ang. Certainty Factor) w telematyce autostradowej. Modelowanie takie dotyczy zazwyczaj systemów ekspresowych lub sztucznej inteligencji. Jednak w systemach, o których traktuje artykuł głównym elementem są systemy komputerowe analizujące dane odbierane z detektorów nadzorujących ruch obiektów.

This paper discusses a model for determining information quality IQ based on modelling the certainty factor CF. This modeling practice is usually employed for expert or artificial intelligence systems. But here discussed are computer systems using motion detectors. A model well-suited to describe information quality of information concerning any given hypothesis. For instance: a vehicle moves within a camera-monitored enclosure.
