Aspekt zginania udarowego żeliwa sferoidalnego

Badaniu poddano perlityczno-ferrytyczne żeliwo sferoidalne. Próbki udarnościowe z karbem V ferrytyzowano dwustopniowo, normalizowano, ulepszano cieplnie i hartowano z przemianą izotermiczną. Wykonano pomiary twardości, udarności i badania mikroskopowe zgładów oraz przełomów. Zinterpretowano związki pomiędzy mikrostrukturą i charakterem przełomu.

Pearlitic – ferrite ductile cast iron was examined. The impact samples with V-notch were bigradually ferritized, normalized, toughned and austempered. The hardness, impact test and metallography of fractured surfaces were investigated. The relationships between the microstruc-ture and kind of fracture were interpreted.
