Kodeks dobrych praktyk wdrażania inteligentnych systemów transportowych

W artykule opisano dotychczasowe prace w zakresie Kodeksu Dobrych Praktyk wdrażania Inteligentnych Systemów Transportowych. Dotychczas opracowano trzy kolejne części tego dokumentu. Zostały one opracowane przez Komitet ds. Architektury i Standaryzacji ITS (KASI), działający przy Stowarzyszeniu ITS POLSKA. Przewodniczącym Komitetu jest dr inż. Tomasz Kamiński – kierownik Centrum Telematyki Transportu Instytutu Transportu Samochodowego. Opracowania stanowią syntetyczny zbiór informacji wynikających z doświadczeń wiodących instytucji naukowo-badawczych, wykonawców wdrażających systemy ITS w naszym kraju. Wynikają także z analiz obowiązujących dokumentów prawnych. Celem opracowań jest ułatwienie planowania i realizacji projektów polegających na wdrażaniu systemów ITS.

This article describes the effects of work on the Code of Good Practice for the Implementation of Intelligent Transport Systems. Three following parts of this document have been developed up to now. They were developed by the ITS Architecture and Standardization Committee (KASI), acting at the ITS POLSKA Association. The managing of the Committee is Dr. Eng. Tomasz Kamiński - head of the Transport Telematics Center in the Institute of Motor Transport. Studies are a synthetic collection of information derived from the experience of leading research institutions, companies implementing ITS systems in Poland. They are also based on analyzes of actual legal documents. The purpose of the work is to facilitate the planning and implementation of ITS deployment projects.
