REACH dla drogowców. Cz. I

W artykule przedstawiono w sposób ogólny, jakich zagadnień dotyczy REACH, a czego nie obejmuje swoim zakresem. Z obserwacji autorów w środowisku drogowców daje się zauważyć z jednej strony brak wiedzy, a z drugiej – skłonność do nadinterpretacji przepisów w tej dziedzinie. W kolejnym numerze ukaże się druga część tego artykułu, która z pewnością zainteresuje wytwórców oraz użytkowników materiałów konstrukcyjnych, a zwłaszcza przedsiębiorców zajmujących się budową i remontem dróg.

The article presents general assumptions of the REACH. In authors' opinion the road worker slack sufficient knowledge on the one hand, and have tendency to over-interpretation of the provisions on the other. In this issue the first part of the article is presented, while the second part will be published in the next issue. Certainly this article should be interesting for manufacturers and users of construction materials involved in road construction and maintenance.
