Ocena stanu techniki i ochrona patentowa w procesie transferu technologii

The paper presents the issues related to the impact of technology transfer on the level of enterprise innovation. The importance of evaluating the state of the technics in the transfer process has been highlighted. Presented are methods and public availability tools for assessing this state, which can be used by company employees and developers of new technical solutions. Examples of evaluation processes are presented, which is also called the search for the state of the technics.
