Restructuring as tool in the process of modern enterprise development

The following article underlines the importance of restructuring as an organisational change. The author determined the prerequisites and the notion of restructuring, and put an emphasis on the significance of restructuring as a change of radical character. On the basis of his own experiences, the author devised and executed restructuring processes in companies. An emphasis was put on the importance of time management for corporate management.

Autor wykorzystał również własne doświadczenia z opracowywania i realizowania procesów restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw.
