Specyfika środowiska pracy w zawodzie fizjoterapeuty – zarys problemu
Zawód fizjoterapeuta jest samodzielnym zawodem medycznym, którego ranga jako zawód regulowany oparty jest m.in. na Ustawie o zawodzie fizjoterapeuty oraz przepi- sach w sprawie standardu kształcenia dla kierunku studiów fizjoterapia. Celem publi- kacji jest określenie specyfiki środowiska pracy w zawodzie fizjoterapeuty w aspekcie analizy wymagań systemu prawnego oraz systemu szkolnictwa wyższego i nauki. Zakres opracowania obejmuje następujące grupy zagadnień problemowych: podstawy prawne dotyczące zawodu fizjoterapeuty, wykaz zadań i czynności zawodowych fizjoterapeuty, samorząd zawodowy i etyka zawodowa fizjoterapeutów, standard kształcenia na kierunku studiów fizjoterapia, podstawy prawne dotyczące bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy
The profession of a physiotherapist is an independent medical profession, the sta- tus of which as a regulated profession is based, among others, on the Act on the pro- fession of physiotherapist and the regulations on education standard of study field of physiotherapy. The aim of the publication is to determine the specifics of the working environment in the profession of a physiotherapist in the aspect of analyse the require- ments in the legal system and the system of higher education and science. The scope of the study includes the following groups of problematic issues: law basics for the pro- fession of a physiotherapist, list of professional tasks and activities of a physiotherapist, professional self-government and professional ethics of physiotherapists, educational standard of study field of physiotherapy, law basics for occupational health and safety.
