Analiza właściwości termofizycznych buraka ćwikłowego

W wyniku badań określono wpływ temperatury (20–90°C) i wilgotności względnej (0,2–84%) na ciepło właściwe, współczynnik wyrównywania temperatury i współczynnik przewodzenia ciepła buraka ćwikłowego w formie równań empirycznych. W oparciu o badania własne i doniesienia literaturowe poddano analizie właściwości termofizyczne buraka ćwikłowego.

As a result of experimental investigations an influence of the temperature (20–90°C) and the relative humidity (0,2–84%) on the specific heat, the temperature equalizing coefficient and the thermal conductivity of garden beet in the form of empirical equations was determined. The thermo physical properties of garden beet were analyzed respecting own investigations and other authors’ references.
