Zebrane informacje stanowiły podstawę opracowania ogólnych założeń, ukierunkowanych na zmianę dotychczasowej formuły wspomnianych szkoleń. Tłem prezentowanego problemu są – podkreślające jego wagę – wyniki samooceny kompetencji zawodowych osób dozoru ruchu oraz rezultaty oceny wpływu poszczególnych podkategorii kompetencji na stan bezpieczeństwa w przedsiębiorstwie.

The article presents the opinion of the mining operations supervisory staff pertaining to: the accuracy of selection of topics for periodic health and safety training, suitability of content transferred within individual subjects and the adequacy of the applied methods and techniques of training. The information collected were the basis for the overall assumptions, designed to change the existing formulas of the mentioned trainings. The background of the presented problem are - stressing its importance - the results of self-assessment of professional competence of mining operations supervisory staff and the results of the assessment of the impact of each subcategory of competency on the safety situation in the company.
