Ocena realizacji projektów rozwojowych na przykładzie centrum logistycznego

W artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania rozwoju centrów logistycznych w Polsce. Zwrócono uwagę na konieczność ciągłego dostosowywania się do potrzeb otoczenia. W związku z tym istnieje potrzeba rozbudowy infrastruktury techniczno- technologicznej. Inwestycje tego typu charakteryzują się dużą kapitałochłonnością i dlatego zachodzi konieczność ich kontroli zarówno w sferze wydatków jak i harmonogramu realizacji zadań. Metodą umożliwiającą kontrole tych dwóch obszarów jest Earned Value czyli metoda wartości uzyskanej.

Authors of this paper presents the condition for the development of logistic canters in Poland. Great attention was drawn to the need of continuously adaptation to changing market environment. Therefore, there is a need to develop technical and technological infrastructure of logistic centers. Such of investments are characterized by high capital intensity and therefore it is necessary to control both: expenditure and termination. A method which allows control of these two areas is the Earned Value method.
