W wielu krajach podejmowane są pracę nad wdrożeniem inteligentnych liczników energii działających w ramach zaawansowanej infrastruktury pomiarowej i automatycznego odczytu. W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję wykorzystania zintegrowanej platformy sieciowych usług energetycznych (NES) w organizacji systemów pomiaru zużycia i jakości energii elektrycznej, w perspektywie wdrożenia systemów zdalnego opomiarowania Smart Metering, spełniającego wymogi inteligentnych sieci elektroenergetycznych Smart Grid.

Many countries, works on the implementation of smart energy meters systems in the advanced metering infrastructure and automated meter reading, are conducted. This paper describes the concept of using an integrated platform of network energy services (NES) in the organization of energy consumption and power quality measurement systems, in view of the Smart Metering and the Smart Grid implementation.
