Centralna Komisja przystąpiła do prac nad modernizacją klasyfikacji nauki. Dotychczasowa struktura nauki od wielu lat budzi wiele zastrzeżeń i ponadto odbiega od standardów obowiązujących w Unii Europejskiej. Korzystając z nowelizacji całej struktury nauki w pracy niniejszej podjęto próbę określenia pojęcia zakresu i domeny dotychczasowej inżynierii rolniczej, dyscypliny wchodzącej w dziedzinę nauk rolniczych.

Central Committee commenced works on modernising science classification. The structure of science used until today has been raising numerous reservations for many years now, and also it departs from the European Union standards. Taking the advantage of revision of the entire science structure, authors of this study make an attempt to determine the idea of scope and domain of agricultural engineering to date, a discipline that falls within the scope of agricultural sciences.
