Przewaga informacyjna jako element rewolucji w sprawach wojskowych : RMA - Revolution in Military Affairs

The beginning of nineties of XX century brought - except for decisive change in geopolitical evaluation - a lot of new elements in the range of the theory of using power, waging war and, first of all, making use of the achievements of technology for military purposes. In theoreticians’ considerations, a concept of “revolution in military affairs” appeared (RMA). This article is devoted to the issue. Independently, if we judge the changes revolutionary or evolutionary, the theoreticians - according to the author - are agreeable that RMA comprises three levels: technological which integrates technical and computer science achievements; doctrinal and operational comprising new combat techniques; organizational leading to fundamental changes in the range of civil and military relationships (Revolution in Business Affairs). The author says that the process of information managing is to get the dominance in modern battlefield.
