Programy Unii Europejskiej skierowane na rozwój obszarów wiejskich i wzrost ich konkurencyjności

W artykule zaprezentowano problematykę rozwoju obszarów wiejskich i rolnictwa w Polsce przy zaangażowaniu środków pochodzących z budżetu Unii Europejskiej w latach 2004-2020. Rozważania podjęte w opracowaniu koncentrują się przede wszystkim na analizie zawartości programów służących rozwojowi obszarów wiejskich oraz rolnictwa. Analizie poddano trzy programy operacyjne. Pierwszym z nich był Sektorowy Program Operacyjny Restrukturyzacja i Modernizacja Sektora Żywnościowego oraz Rozwój obszarów Wiejskich, Program Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich 2007-2013 oraz Program Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich 2014-2020.

The article presents the problems of development of rural areas and agriculture in Poland with the involvement of funds from the European Union budget in 2004-2020. The considerations undertaken in the study focus primarily on the analysis of the content of programs serving the development of rural areas and agriculture. Three operational programs were analyzed. The first of them was the Sectoral Operational Program Restructuring and Modernization of the Food Sector and Rural Development, Rural Development Program 2007-2013 and the Rural Development Program 2014-2020.
