Możliwość wykorzystania poprodukcyjnych odpadów gumowych w mieszankach mineralno-asfaltowych

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań właściwości mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej typu BBTM 8A 45/80-65 modyfikowanej dodatkiem granulatu gumowego metodą na sucho. Granulat uzyskano w wyniku rozdrobnienia poprodukcyjnych odpadów gumowych z branży motoryzacyjnej. Przeprowadzona ocena wykazała, że mieszanka BBTM z dodatkiem granulatu w ilości 1,2% spełnia wymagania w zakresie zawartości wolnej przestrzeni, odporności na deformacje trwałe oraz wrażliwości na działanie wody i mrozu.

The article presents the results of testing the properties of asphalt mixture BBTM 8A 45/80-65 modified with the addition of crumb rubber granules using dry method. Recycling granules were obtained of shredding of post-production rubber waste from the automotive industry. The evaluation showed that the asphalt mixture BBTM with the addition of granules in the amount of 1.2%meets the requirements for air voids content, resistance to permanent deformation and resistance to water and frost.
