Koszty kongestii w Unii Europejskiej

W marcu br. Komisja Europejska opublikowała raport z badań dotyczących mobilności w miastach w aspekcie dostępności obszarów miejskich. W ramach tych badań oszacowano koszty kongestii w poszczególnych państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. W niniejszym artykule, na tle rozważań teoretycznych, przedstawiono najważniejsze wyniki i wnioski z badań.

In March this year, the European Commission has published a study report on urban mobility in terms of urban accessibility. Within these studies, the costs of congestion in each Member States of the European Union have been estimated. In this article, against the background of theoretical considerations, the most important results and conclusions of the study are presented.
