Szkoleni operatorzy zamiast systemów wizyjnych robotów do spawania drutem proszkowym

W artykule opisano technikę spawania zrobotyzowanego drutem proszkowym. Omówione zostały poszczególne etapy tworzenia technologii spawania seryjnego na zrobotyzowanym stanowisku spawalniczym. Wyjaśniono też zasady szkolenia operatorów robotów spawalniczych, opartego na fizyce spawania i pomocach wizualnych. Przedstawiono analizę ekonomiczną stosowania starego typu robotów z operatorem zamiast sensorów wizyjnych.
