Teoretyczne aspekty wpływu wojskowej jednostki budżetowej na lokalny rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy

In this article the author paid attention to the influence of military budget units on quantitative changes and qualitative-structural transformation and the improvement of living conditions of the district's population. After describing the specificity of a military budget unit factors were demonstrated which were stimulated by this unit and have an influence on moulding the local social-economic development.
