Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje autorską koncepcję wielowarstwowego podejścia do budowy systemów informatycznych klasy Business Intelligence. Przedmiot badań jest wynikiem analizy stosowanych architektur tej klasy systemów w kontekście występujących niepowodzeń podczas ich wdrożeń. Proponowana architektura wychodzi naprzeciw oczekiwaniom, jakie stawiane są współczesnym systemom informatycznym w zakresie dostosowywania się do zmieniających się warunków otoczenia biznesowego, takich jak zwiększone potrzeby informacyjne użytkowników.

The article presents original concept of multilayer approach in building Business Intelligence systems. The subject of the study is the result of the analysis of existing architectures of such systems in the context of implementation failures. The architecture proposed in this article towards the expectations of modern information systems, in the scope of changing conditions in business environment, such as changing user requirements.
