Nowatorskie rozwiązania w wykorzystaniu wyników oceny stanu technicznego nawierzchni

W ciągu ostatnich kilku lat Instytut Badawczy Dróg i Mostów wspólnie z firmą Heller Consult wykonywał badania stanu technicznego nawierzchni autostrady A4 na odcinku Katowice – Kraków. Pomiary i towarzyszące im analizy były podyktowane obowiązkiem prowadzenia bieżącej i okresowej kontroli wynikającej z Ustawy Prawo Budowlane oraz Ustawy o drogach publicznych. Uzgodniono z zarządcą przedmiotowego odcinka, którym jest firma Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A., że badania wykonywane w ramach kontroli zostaną wykorzystane nie tylko do spełnienia wymagań formalnych, lecz również jako materiał służący do opracowania programu utrzymania drogi. W artykule przedstawiono proces transformacji danych pomiarowych, który doprowadził do osiągnięcia założonego celu.

Over the past few years, the Research Institute of Roads and Bridges, together with the Heller Consult company, has performed technical inspections of the surface of the A4 motorway, on the Katowice – Kraków section. The measurements and accompanying analyzes were dictated by the obligation to conduct current and periodic inspections resulting from The Construction Law and The Act on Public Roads. According to the agreement with the manager of the section in question, which is Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A., the tests performed as part of the audit will be used not only to meet the formal requirements but also as a material for the development of the road maintenance programme. The article presents the transformation process of the measurement data that led to the achievement of the assumed objective.
