Analiza systemowa sytuacji kryzysowych

The article discusses the problem of crisis situations and the system supporting making decisions related to choosing reasonable strategies to counteract crises. There has been made an attempt to define the crisis as a systemic situation and its elementary sources. The basis of the Crisis Management concept has been shown and developed in the framework of systemic analysis methodology. In fact, this concept has been presented as a pragmatic variant of systemic analysis in the area of strategic management. There have been listed characteristics of the model and application to choose supporting procedures for strategies to counteract crisis and conflict situations. This procedure was based on a model known from the decision theory.
