System Transportu Małymi Samolotami jako jeden z czynników rozwoju regionalnego na przykładzie województwa dolnośląskiego

Artykuł porusza zagadnienia związane z rozwojem w Polsce koncepcji nowatorskiego systemu transportu pasażerskiego wykorzystującego małe kilkunastomiejscowe samoloty – STMS, mającego znacznie skrócić czas trwania podróży w opcji door to door i jego wpływ na rozwój gospodarczy regionów Dolnego Śląska. Transport lotniczy jest jednym z priorytetowych elementów lokalnej infrastruktury gospodarczej, mający znaczący wpływ na rozwój gospodarczy kraju i jego poszczególnych regionów. Komunikacja lotnicza poprzez możliwość realizacji szybkiego i swobodnego przepływu osób, towarów i usług, przyczynia się do transferu kapitału i technologii pomiędzy poszczególnymi regionami kraju, mając zasadniczy wpływ na rozwój regionalny. W artykule przedstawiono projekt rozwoju transportu lotniczego na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem istniejących lotnisk i lądowisk wraz z ich „dopasowaniem” do wymagań projektu STMS oraz dokonano wstępnego oszacowania efektów ekonomicznych rozwoju SMTS i jego wpływu na rozwój regionalny Dolnego Śląska.

The article discusses issues related to the development of a novel concept in Poland, the passenger transport system using small aircraft – SATS , having significantly shorten the duration of the trip in the options door to door and its impact on the economic development of the regions of Lower Silesia. Air transport is one of the priority elements of the local economic infrastructure, having a significant impact on the economic development of the country and its various regions. Air transportation by the possibility of implementing fast and free movement of people, goods and services, contributes to the transfer of capital and technology between the various regions of the country, having a major impact on regional development. This paper presents the design development of air transport in the province of Lower Silesia with particular emphasis on existing airports and airstrips along with their „fit” to the requirements of the project SATS and a preliminary estimate of the economic effects of the development of SATS and its impact on regional development in Lower Silesia.
