This article is an personal expertise written for National Development Chamber. It is a direct reaction of the author for the resolution taken by Social Dialog Council about proposal of changes in EU ETS directive. The author supports the idea of active climate policy in Poland, due to positive social and economic effects of the investments in Renewable Sources of Energy. The main conclusion is the concept to diversify the energy mix in Poland. The foundations of the properly understood diversification are: own resources and new technologies.
