Możliwość implementacji metody AHP do procedury wyboru optymalnego wariantu lokalizacyjnego zespołu elektrowni wiatrowych

W ramach niniejszego artykułu przedstawiono kolejno: narzędzie obliczeniowe (zarys metod MCDM oraz główne założenia metody AHP – Analytic Hierarchy Process), wybrany rodzaj inwestycji (elektrownie wiatrowe wraz z problematyką sporządzania raportów o oddziaływaniu danego przedsięwzięcia na środowisko), a także teoretyczny przykład (próbę implementacji metody AHP do wybranego problemu decyzyjnego).

The paper proposed an instrument for supporting the choice of the optimal location for the selected investment. At the beginning was presented outline of stream MCDA (multi-criteria decision analysis) and main guidelines of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Moreover, due to the subject matter, in the paper described information about development of wind energy in Poland. Theoretical considerations have been enriched an example, an attempt of implementation of AHP to the selected decision-making problem (the optimal location of wind power stations).
