Proces adaptacji manualnego gniazda technologicznego do pracy w cyklu zautomatyzowanym

W artykule omówiono proces adaptacji i modernizacji stanowiska technologicznego mycia złożeń łożyskowych obsługiwanego ręcznie do poziomu zautomatyzowanego i zrobotyzowanego gniazda roboczego. Przeprowadzone prace dotyczyły stanowiska mycia złożeń łożyskowych funkcjonującego jako element linii produkcyjnej wytwarzającej kompletne łożyska stożkowe czołowego polskiego producenta łożysk tocznych. Omówiono zagadnienia związane z rozbudową sytemu sterowania oraz modyfikacjami warstwy sprzętowej. Przedstawiono algorytm sterowania pracą gniazda. Zaprezentowano rozwiązania elementów oprzyrządowania umożliwiające elastyczną współpracę robota z urządzeniem myjącym.

The article describes the adaptation and modernisation of a manually operated technological stand and a robotic working slot. The works focused on the stand for the washing of bearing assemblies, functioning as part of a complex production line, on which complete roller bearings by the leading Polish manufacturer of roller bearings are manufactured. The authors discuss the issues related to the development of the control system and the modification of the hardware. The article presents an algorithm for the control over the slot, and hardware solutions enabling flexible cooperation of the robot with the washing device.
