Zmiana kosztów czynników produkcji budowlanej

We wrześniu 2021 r. CAS Sp. z o.o. wydała Raport o kosztach w budownictwie 2016-2021 ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wpływu pandemii COVID-19 w okresie 2020-20211 [1], w którym przedstawił wyniki analizy kosztów realizacji 52 projektów budowlanych (w segmencie infrastruktury drogowej i kolejowej oraz budownictwa kubaturowego) o łącznej wartości 8,3 mld zł netto, jak również potencjalny wpływ wzrostu kosztów pozyskania czynników produkcji na modelowe projekty. Przedmiotowy artykuł stanowi niejako rozszerzenie i kontynuację Raportu w zakresie zmian kosztów pozyskania materiałów budowlanych w okresie od IV kwartału 2019 r. do III kwartału 2021 r.

In September 2021, CAS Sp. z o.o. published the Report on costs in construction 2016-2021, with particular emphasis on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the period 2020-2021 [1], in which he presented the results of the cost analysis of 52 construction projects (in the road and rail infrastructure and building construction segment) with a total value of PLN 8.3 billion net, as well as the potential impact of increased costs of obtaining factors of production on model projects. The article in question is, in a way, an extension and continuation of the Report on changes in the costs of acquiring construction materials in the period from the fourth quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2021.
