Ocena wpływu dodatku przemiału na palność pianek poliuretanowych

W ramach pracy podjęto problem utylizacji pianek poliuretanowych wykorzystywanych w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym, gdzie szczególnie istotne znaczenie mają własności palne oraz akustyczne materiału. Normy środowiskowe oraz wymagania przemysłu motoryzacyjnego są bardzo rygorystyczne w tym zakresie. W pracy dokonano oceny własności palnych pianek poliuretanowych z dodatkiem przemiału. Oceny własności palnych materiału dokonano w oparciu o prędkość spalania.

The problem of waste utilization of polyurethane foams applied in the automotive industry, where flammable and acoustic properties are particularly important are discussed within the article. Environmental standards as well as the requirements of the automotive industry are very rigorous and difficult to meet. Within the work we attempted to assess the flammability properties of polyurethane foams with milling. The assessment of the material’s flammable properties was based on the burning speed.
