Innowacyjne modułowe technologie budowlane

W ramach projektu pt. „Podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności gospodarki poprzez realizację przedsięwzięć badawczych w trybie innowacyjnych zamówień publicznych w celu wsparcia realizacji strategii Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu” Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju realizuje m.in. przedsięwzięcie „Budownictwo efektywne energetycznie i procesowo”. Jego celem jest opracowanie innowacyjnych technologii budownictwa prefabrykowanego (2D) lub modułowego (3D), które pozwolą szybciej wznosić budynki, zmniejszyć koszty budowy i eksploatacji, osiągać możliwie najlepszy bilans energetyczny, oszczędzać wodę w obiegu zamkniętym w budynku, ograniczać emisję CO2 w procesach produkcyjnych, ograniczać powstawanie odpadów budowlanych. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki pierwszego z trzech etapów przedsięwzięcia, który zakończył się powstaniem prototypów małych obiektów w technologiach prefabrykowanych i modułowych.

As part of the project entitled “Raising the level of innovativeness of the economy through the implementation of research projects in the mode of innovative public procurement to support the implementation of the European Green Deal strategy” the National Center for Research and Development implements, among others, the project “Energy and process-efficient construction”. The aim of this project is to develop innovative technologies for prefabricated (2D) or modular (3D) construction, which will allow buildings to be erected faster, reduce construction and operation costs, achieve the best possible energy balance, save water in a closed circuit in the building, and reduce CO2 emissions in production processes, reduce the formation of construction waste. The article presents the results of the first of the three stages of the project, which ended with the creation of prototypes of small facilities in prefabricated and modular technologies.
