Botanika stosowana. II. Pozyskiwanie wybranych surowców zielarskich

W pracy opisano znaczenie roślin zielarskich na przykładzie dwóch gatunków lipy oraz jarząbu pospolitego. Przypomniano tradycyjne zasady ich zbioru a także perspektywę sprzedaży uzyskiwanych z nich surowców. Zaprezentowano również potencjalny dochód za pozyskany surowiec na badanych stanowiskach. Podkreślono znaczenie powrotu do tradycyjnej aktywności mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich i zwrócono uwagę na rolę takich działań dla zachowania i utrzymywania trwałości zasobów różnorodności biologicznej.

This paper describes the importance of herbal plants on the example of two species of linden and Sorbus aucuparia. The authors reminded the rules of traditional collection of this plants as well as the perspective of selling the raw materials derived from them. The article emphasized the importance of returning to the traditional activity of inhabitants of rural areas and highlighted the role of such activities in maintaining the sustainability and biodiversity.
