Wybrane aspekty logistyki zwrotnej

Istotnym uwarunkowaniem funkcjonowania systemu gospodarki odpadami jest poziom świadomości ekologicznej społeczeństwa. Od niego zależą bowiem zachowania społeczne w tym obszarze, w tym zwłaszcza zbiórka selektywna odpadów a także właściwe z nimi postępowanie. Należy przy tym podkreślić, iż jedynie efektywny i całkowicie bezpieczny program wcielenia w życie procesów związanych z recyklingiem umożliwi uniknięcie przez nasz kraj kosztownych grzywien. W artykule zaprezentowano dane dotyczące logistyki zwrotnej oraz szczegóły dotyczące gromadzenia, wywozu oraz ponownego przetworzenia odpadów, a także recyklingu, jako metodzie, która musi być stosowana, tak aby możliwe było osiągnięcie zamierzeń, które zostały ustalone drogą norm i zaleceń w wyniku obrad rozmaitych instytucji UE. Powszechne traktowanie odpadów jako surowców wymaga, by surowce odpadowe miały odpowiednią jakość, a produkty pochodzące z recyklingu nie odbiegały jakością od wyrobów wytworzonych z surowców pierwotnych.

An important determinant of the waste management system is the level of environmental awareness of the public. From it, in fact, depend on the social behavior in this area, including in particular the selective collection of waste and to the competent investigation with them. It should be pointed out that only an effective and completely safe program implement recycling processes will make it possible to avoid our country through costly fines. The article presents data on the return logistics and details of the collection, export and reprocessing of waste and recycling, as a method, which must be used, so that it was possible to achieve the objectives that have been established by standards and recommendations as a result of the deliberations of the various EU institutions. Common treatment of waste as raw materials requires the waste materials have appropriate quality, and recycled products do not differ from the quality of the products manufactured from raw materials of the original.
