Przegląd zaleceń dla instalacji wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych w związku z zagrożeniem koronawirusem SARS-CoV-2 i chorobą COVID-19

W artykule przedstawiono i przeanalizowano zalecenia i wytyczne znaczących organizacji branżowych, takich jak: ASHRAE, REHVA, EUROVENT ME i NIZP-PZH, w zakresie redukcji potencjalnego ryzyka transmisji wirusa SARS-CoV-2 i w rezultacie choroby COVID-19 poprzez instalacje wentylacyjne. Podjęto próbę usystematyzowania zebranych zaleceń. Mają one stanowić podstawę do stworzenia szczegółowych wytycznych i procedur dotyczących instalacji HVAC do doraźnego wdrożenia w istniejących obiektach. Działania te mogą wymagać dodatkowych szkoleń dla personelu technicznego i zarządców nieruchomości.

The article presents and analyses recommendations and guidelines of significant industry societies such as ASHRAE, REHVA, EUROVENT ME and polish National Institute of Public Health (NIZP-PZH) for the reduction of potential risk of transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and as a result the COVID-19 disease through ventilation installations. An attempt has been made to systematize the collected recommendations. They are intended to provide a basis for detailed guidelines and procedures for HVAC installations for ad hoc implementation in existing facilities. These actions may require additional training for technical staff and property managers.
