W artykule omówiono wybrane awarie dotyczące systemów ocieplania ścian zewnętrznych budynkównierzadko powstałe wskutek niskiej świadomości wykonawców. Podzielono je na awarie bezpośrednio związane z funkcjonalnością ocieplenia oraz awarie natury estetycznej. O ile w literaturze dostępna jest wiedza dotycząca zapobiegania błędom popełnianym przez wykonawców, to nadal trudno jest wyjaśnić wiele przyczyn powstawania mankamentów natury estetycznej, które mogą być pierwszym sygnałem poważniejszych zagrożeń. W pracy wyjaśniono niektóre przyczyny powstawania takich uszkodzeń, jak również podano wskazówki pomocne przy zapobieganiu im.

The article discusses the selected failures in the insulations systems of buildings often caused by low awareness of the performers. Divided into two groups: failures directly related to warming functionality and aesthetic failures. While in the literature there is knowledge in dealingwith the commission of errors by operators in the correct functionalityof insulation, it is still difficult to explain the causes of many aesthetic shortcomings, which may be a sign of serious threats. This paper explains some of the causes of such failures, aswell as some hints to help you prevent them.
