Przesłanki promowania telepracy jako instrumentu ograniczającego kongestię na obszarach zurbanizowanych

Niniejszy artykuł został poświęcony problematyce telepracy. Pierwsza część artykułu przedstawia rozważania teoretyczne nt. telepracy. W drugiej, zaprezentowano i omówiono wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych we Wrocławiu, które wskazują iż telepraca wciąż nie jest popularnym rozwiązaniem, jak również nie stanowi istotnego instrumentu, wspomagającego ograniczanie kongestii transportowej w miastach.

This paper discusses the issue of telework. The first part of this article describes the essence of telework. In the second part, the results of survey research in Wroclaw have been presented. According to results, telework is still not a popular solution as well as it is not an important instrument that can contribute to reduction of congestion in urban areas.
