Hybrid heat stations - cooperation of a heat station with a heat pump
The existing legal status [4] requires that the construction design of a building must include an analysis of the possibilities of rational use of renewable energy and heat sources. It is interesting that neither the Construction Law [5] nor the regulation on the technical conditions to be met by buildings [3] contain sentences strictly defining this obligation. And the legal obligation to use renewable heat and energy sources should not apply to the author of the construction design, but to the investor of the building, as the entity deciding on the conditions of future operation of the heating system. This article discusses only the technical issues of cooperation between a heating substation supplied by a centralized heating system and a heat pump, leaving legislative issues to lawyers and economic issues to the authors of analyzes and feasibility studies.
