Warunki spełnienia wymagań podstawowych przy ocieplaniu budynków systemami ETICS - wybrane zagadnienia

W artykule przedstawiono wymagania formalne (prawne) dotyczące zaprojektowania i wbudowania systemów ociepleń ETICS wynikające z wymogów ustawy - Prawo budowlane oraz z rozporządzenia w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie. W artykule omówiono wymagania podstawowe związane z fizyką budowli (kondensacja wilgoci, współczynnik przenikania ciepła) oraz warunkami technicznymi wykonania i odbioru robót, a także podstawowe błędy mające wpływ na spełnienie ww. wymagań podstawowych.

The article presents the formal (legal) requirements for the design and installation of ETICS insulation systems resulting from the requirements of the Construction Law and from the regulation on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location. The article discusses the basic requirements related to the physics of the structure (condensation of moisture, heat transfer coefficient) and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of works, as well as the basic errors affecting the fulfillment of these basic requirements.
