The developed economies of the world have their success to the direct or indirect involvement of the state in development of science, technology and education. On the one hand it is a financial assistance in the form of grants from other social infrastructure to be created consisting of educational institutions and research centers. An important role in these processes plays an inspiration state, which encourages scientists and inventors to persistent research. The aim of this article is to show the role and importance of public support on the part of state authorities in developing innovative domestic economy through science, technology and education.
