Analiza problemów związanych z bezpieczeństwem pożarowym występujących podczas projektowania tuneli kolejowych

W artykule zamieszczono analizę dokumentów i wymagań krajowych oraz wymagań zawartych w dyrektywach UE dotyczących zagadnień bezpieczeństwa w tunelach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa pożarowego tuneli kolejowych. Analizie poddano również problemy z jakimi spotykają się projektanci i wykonawcy na etapie projektowania, wykonawstwa i oddania do użytku oraz podstawowe kierunki zmierzające do zapewnienia akceptowalnego poziomu bezpieczeństwa pożarowego użytkowników tuneli kolejowych. W części końcowej artykułu sformułowano wnioski zmierzające do poprawy obecnej sytuacji.

Authors discuss results of their own studies of development uniform rules, which is especially crucial in the context of large number of new railway tunnel constructions in Poland. The paper contains an analysis of documents and national requirements and the requirements of EU directives on issues of safety in tunnels, with particular emphasis on the fire safety rail tunnels. The analysis includes also problems faced by designers and contractors in the design, construction and directions aimed at ensuring an acceptable level of fire safety of users of railway tunnels. Based on the obtained results of the studies some conclusions were formulated.
