Kształtowanie przyszłościowego modelu techniki rolniczej

Biorąc za punkt wyjścia stan polskiego rolnictwa wg spisów rolnych PSR'96 i PSR'02 oraz stosując metodę ekstrapolacji trendów rozwojowych i wykorzystując wiedzę ekspercką IBMER przedstawiono przyszłościowe modele rolnictwa i na tym tle techniki rolniczej. Warianty realne tych modeli mogą mieć miejsce po wejściu Polski do UE i po pełnej z nią integracji do 2020 r. Warianty teoretyczne wskazują na pożądane tendencje dalszego rozwoju i wskazują na konieczność posiadania bardzo znacznych środków finansowych na pełną wymianę technicznych środków produkcji i na możliwość wystąpienia napięć społecznych związanych z tak szybkim postępem.

Assuming the condition of Polish agriculture according to the data of 1996 and 2002 agricultural censuses as a starting point, and using the method of development trends' extrapolation as well as the experts' knowledge of the Institute (IBMER), the future models of agriculture and agricultural engineering were presented. The real variants of these models may occur after accession and full integration of Poland to the EU until 2020. The theoretical variants suggest the desirable tendencies in further development; they also indicate the necessity of having at disposal very substantial financial means to full exchanging the technical means of production. The possibility of occurring some social tensions connected with such urgent progress could be also expected.
