Pomiary wizyjne efektów dynamicznych w procesie cięcia na prasie mimośrodowej

W pracy przedstawiono analizę efektów dynamicznych towarzyszących procesowi cięcia realizowanemu na prasie mechanicznej. W tym celu wykorzystano metody wizyjne pozwalające na rejestrację obrazów z bardzo dużą szybkością. Pomiar pola przemieszczeń został przeprowadzony dla najbardziej obciążonego fragmentu korpusu prasy. Uzyskane wyniki pokazują, że w trakcie obciążania korpusu prasy można zaobserwować efekt falowy przemieszczeń.

In the paper, the authors show an experimental results of the dynamic response generated during the blanking process in the eccentric crank press. First, a vision based system equipped with ultra-high speed digital camera was used in order to collect a sequence of images data. Second, an image processing technique was performed to calculate the displacement distribution field for the selected area of a press frame. Finally, the results of the experiment study shows that the during the blanking process, a strong wavelet effect of the frame-body motion appears.
