Diagnostyka transformatorów na stanowisku pracy

Diagnostyka okresowa transformatorów olejowych na stanowisku pracy bazuje na badaniach okresowych DGA oleju. Zakres i częstość badań oleju zależy od parametrów diagnostycznych oleju z ostatnich badań. W fabryce jest zainstalowanych 20 transformatorów o mocy znamionowej SN= 16:0,1 MVA. Transformatory mają już ponad 50 lat, wszystkie pracują i są sprawne. Jeśli któryś z parametrów oleju przekracza wartość powszechnie uznaną jako graniczną, to olej jest czyszczony i badania są powtarzane. W artykule zostaną przedstawione wyniki badań kilku wybranych transformatorów.

Periodic diagnostics of oil transformers at the workplace is based on periodic DGA tests of the oil. The scope and frequency of oil tests depend on the oil diagnostic parameters from the last tests. The factory has 20 transformers installed with a rated power of SN=16:0,1 MVA. The transformers are over 50 years old, all of them work and are efficient. If any of the oil parameters exceeds the value generally recognized as the limit, the oil is cleaned and the tests are repeated. . Test results of several selected transformers will be presented.
