Wybrane prawne instrumenty rozwoju agrologistyki

Celem artykułu było wskazanie i próba oceny wybranych prawnych instrumentów rozwoju agrologistyki. Przedstawiono pojecie agrologistyki, a nastepnie rozważania skupiały się na rejestrze zwierząt, zasadach transportu zwierząt, ochronie roślin, grupach producentów rolnych, umowie kontraktacji oraz środkach unijnych.

The purpose of this article is to identify and make an attempt to evaluate the development of selected legal instruments of the development of agro logistics. The paper presents the concept of agro logistics and focuses on the register of animals, animal transport rules, plant protection, agricultural producer groups, the procurement contract and the EU funds.
