Koncepcja systemu oceny wartości użytkowej informacji logistycznych

W artykule przedstawiono propozycję metody oceny jakości informacji wraz z systemem oceny wartości użytkowej informacji zrealizowanym z wykorzystaniem zbiorów rozmytych oraz regułowej bazach wiedzy. W przypadku przewidywalnych, powtarzających się zmian i zagrożeń możliwe jest wykorzystanie metod statystycznych do oceny jakości informacji. Natomiast w sytuacjach charakterystycznych dla turbulentnych zmian otoczenia ich użycie jest to na ogół nie możliwe. Dlatego zaproponowane rozwiązanie oparto na metodach stosowanych w doradczych systemach ekspertowych, w tym wykorzystaniu zmiennych lingwistycznych i teorii zbiorów rozmytych.

The aim of this publication is to propose method for assessing the quality of information with use of fuzzy sets and rule - based knowledge. For predictable, repeated changes and threats it is possible to use of statistical methods, based on the theory of probability, stochastic processes, and statistics to assess the quality of information , but in situations characteristic of turbulent changes in the environment is usually not possible. Therefore, the proposed solution is based on methods used in expert systems, including the use of linguistic variables and fuzzy set theory.
