The article presents the design and construction technology of a tunnel within the DTŚ central highway in Gliwice. The characteristics of the structure are discussed in comparison to other modern tunnels in Poland, especially a tunnel located at another section of DTŚ - in the area of the Spodek sports arena in Katowice.
