Systemy informacyjne i ich zastosowanie w logistyce produktów żywnościowych

Szybki rozwój technologii informacyjnych i informatycznych daje możliwość rozwoju systemów, których zadaniem jest usprawnianie pracy człowieka. Aby analizować systemy występujące w logistyce należy zrozumieć potrzeby ich stosowania. W związku z tym w pracy najpierw dokonano oceny potrzeby zastosowania tych systemów poprzez analizę istoty logistyki, jej zakresu oraz działań jakie są w jej ramach realizowane. Przedstawiono główne systemy informatyczne, które wspomagają zarządzanie logistyką: ERP, SCM, WMS. W obrębię systemu SCM omówiono system EDI, SSCC i RFID.

The rapid development of information and informatics technology gives the opportunity to develop systems that are designed to rationalize the work of man. To analyze the systems occurring in the logistics should understand the needs of their application. Therefore, first assess the need for these systems by analyzing the nature of logistics, its scope and activities that are under it implemented. I present the main information systems that support logistic management: ERP, SCM, WMS. Within the SCM system, discuss the EDI, SSCC and RFID.
