Trudności i ograniczenia w prywatyzacji na przykładzie górnictwa węgla kamiennego

This paper is an attempt at joining in the discussion on the evaluation of the implementation of privatisation assumptions and factors hampering the effective continuation of the privatisation process. The author focuses on: - the objectives of privatisation and the conditions of the attainment thereof in the system of economical management; - the process of restructuring as an initial stage of privatisation on the example of hard coal mining industry. The author bases on the thesis that the ownership structure changes in enterprises should not be considered as separate issues. They should be subjected to the implementation of the process of system transformation in the country, as well as to sector, branch, division and technological restructuring of economy.
