Otwarte dane przestrzenne jako bazowe źródło informacji w systemach integrujących dane BIM oraz GIS

W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono analizę wykorzystania otwartych danych przestrzennych, szczególnie podczas fazy koncepcyjnej, projektowania oraz realizacyjnej projektu infrastruktury kolejowej lub drogowej. Aspekt efektywnego wykorzystania tego typu danych jest szczególnie istotny, ponieważ świadomość możliwości dostępu do danych otwartych udostępnianych poprzez portale różnych instytucji jest oceniana na niską. Powiązanie powyżej opisanych danych z technologią BIM, daje możliwość posiadania większej ilości informacji na temat obiektu i jego otoczenia, w różnych fazach projektu, a w konsekwencji, podejmowania właściwszych decyzji.

This paper presents an analysis of the use of open spatial data, especially during the conceptual, design and construction phases of a railway Or road infrastructure project. The aspect of the effective use of this type of data is important because the awareness of the possibility of accessing open data, made available through portals of various institutions, is assessed as low. Linking the data described above with the BIM technology gives the possibility to have more information about the object and its surroundings in different phases of the Project and, as a result, to make better decisions.
