Perspektywy rozwoju sektora usług budowlanych w Polsce w latach 2006-2010

Budownictwo odgrywa istotną rolę w gospodarce każdego kraju. Według niektórych specjalistów to najczulszy sektor gospodarki reagujący na czynniki makroekonomiczne szybciej niż inne branże. Dlatego koniunktura w budownictwie w ostatnim dziesięcioleciu podlegała znacznym wahaniom. W artykule starano się przedstawić zmiany koniunkturalne w budownictwie w Polsce w latach 1996 – 2006, a przede wszystkim wskazać przyczyny tych zmian. Ponadto przedstawiono prognozę rozwoju budownictwa do roku 2010 wynikającą głównie z Narodowego Planu Rozwoju na lata 2007-2013 oraz Krajowego Programu Reform na lata 2006-2008.

The author of the article presents changes of economic situation in the building trade in Poland within the years 1996-2006 as well as the reasons of these changes. The forecasting concerning the Polish building trade up to the year 2010 resulting from the National Plan for Development in the years 2007-2013 and from the States Reform Program in the years 2006-2008 has been also described.
