Propozycja kategoryzacji zagrożenia wodnego w podziemnych zakładach górniczych

Zagrożenie wodne w podziemnych zakładach górniczych jest obecne od czasu podjęcia odwadniania górotworu, jako niezbędnego zabezpieczenia prowadzonych robót górniczych. Na tle obowiązujących klasyfikacji źródeł, skutków wystąpienia i oceny stanu zagrożenia wodnego oraz wobec obserwowanych zmian uwarunkowań i przyczyn występowania tego zagrożenia przedstawiono propozycje zmian w ocenie zagrożenia wodnego. W artykule zaproponowano zmodyfikowanie kategoryzacji zagrożenia wodnego wraz z uzasadnieniem zmian, jak również przedstawiono ewentualny wpływ propozycji na przepisy prawa.

Proposals of changes in the water hazard assessment were presented based on the current classification of sources, possible effects and assessment of water hazard status against the observed changes in the conditions and causes of such hazard. The proposed classification of water hazard is based on the 0-1 hazard status assessment, where category 0 means: a deposit, part, working, etc. without such hazard and category 1 is divided into subcategories: 1a – with hazard, 1b – with high level of hazard. A new wording of the water hazard definition was also proposed with the primary assessment criteria. The chief results of the discussion about the proposed changes among mine hydrogeologists were presented. Some of the results of the new classification were discussed together with the justification for the inclusion or rejection of remarks submitted by the hydrogeologists employed by mining companies.
