The paper presents the issue of Lean Management as an instrument of responsible business. The article goes back to the origins of Lean Management and discusses the ways in which it exerts impact on the improvement of the efficiency of the activity of organizations. Furthermore, the essence of responsible business is discussed as well as the role of Lean Management as one of the instruments of responsible business.
